Who Are We?
MH Productions is a new innovative creator of maritime safety devices. This family-owned company was founded in Vicksburg Mississippi by Miles Harris with the goal of mariners' safety in mind.
The Maritime Safety Wedge was created in 2020 in response to a mariner falling overboard on a locally-owned barge.
Why the Maritime Safety Wedge?
As anyone involved in the maritime field knows, the safety of employees is the number one priority. Unfortunately, accidents do happen, and employees fall overboard. Avoiding this life-threatening situation is of the utmost priority. The Maritime Safety Wedge was developed with this in mind. This product is used for protection against the dreaded "man overboard" situation. Prevention is ideal, but no preventative measure is 100% effective. This is why protection devices such as the Maritime Safety Wedge are always needed.
About The Maritime Safety Wedge
The Maritime Safety Wedge is a safety block that is used to maintain separation in the case of a man overboard situation. The wedge is under 40 pounds, making it easy for one person to carry.
What is Included with Each Purchase?
With each purchase of a Maritime Safety Wedge you will receive: one wedge, one 25 ft. emergency throw bag, and the Maritime Safety Wedge hangar bolt with all hardware.
Installation
Installation is simple and, with the correct tools, will only take around 5 minutes per wedge. Installation consists of one hole in any easily accessible place to install the hangar.
